Students interested in attending courses organized by the members of the PhD board must register within 30 days of the scheduled course start date by submitting a letter to the Coordinator, countersigned by their tutor. Additionally, courses offered on-site will only be activated if at least three students have registered.
Students intending to attend other national or international courses listed above, for which the dates have not yet been defined, may contact the Professors of the PhD board belonging to the scientific area indicated in the table.
Students wishing to attend courses or doctoral schools not listed in the above table must first agree with their tutors and then submit a formal request to the coordinator via email (with their tutor in cc). This request should include course details: webpage, topics, course instructor and their role, location, dates, and the expected number of hours. The request will be submitted for approval by the PhD academic board.
After attending the courses or seminars agreed upon with their tutors, students must obtain a certificate of attendance with clear details about the course title and the total number of hours, signed by the course instructor, and send it to the coordinator. The same course must be listed during the presentation of training activities at the time of verification for admission to the following year or the final exam.
