Graduation

DEADLINES:

  • The student must complete all exams at least 12 days before the Graduation session.
  • The student has the opportunity to submit the thesis file up to 12 days before the opening of the Graduation session.
  • The supervisor can confirm the thesis file up to 10 days before the opening of the Graduation session.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The student must submit the Graduation application at least 60 days before the Graduation session.
  2. Thesis assignment request: Home > Career > Applications > Request for Thesis Assignment. Once the fields for the Thesis Request have been completed, the student can submit the request, which will be forwarded to the thesis supervisor.
  3. The supervisor can accept the request by granting approval or reject it.
  4. Once the supervisor has accepted the thesis request and granted approval, the student can proceed with the flow: Home > Career > Applications > Graduation Application to sign the graduation application. At this point, it will be possible to print the graduation application in PDF format and the payment slip for the graduation fee. The student must confirm the graduation application at least 30 days before the graduation session.
  5. Thesis upload must be done at least 12 days before.
  6. Any changes to already uploaded theses, rejected by the supervisor, must be made at least 10 days before the graduation session.

GRADUATION APPLICATION:
Students are reminded that the Graduation Application does NOT renew automatically, so the Graduation Session date must be manually updated.

USE OF TEMPLATES:
Before submitting modified templates, both for the thesis and the presentation, they must be renamed as LASTNAME FIRSTNAME.
Regarding the presentation, the file in PowerPoint format must be sent to the President of the Master's Degree Program at this email address.
NB: For the PowerPoint presentation, it is not possible to modify the background, fonts, and colors.
