Learning Objectives
The course aims to introduce the physical investigation methods and provide the fundamentals of mechanics, of both the material point and the extended bodies, and thermodynamics.

MECHANICS
Physics and measurement. Vectors. Kinematics. Dynamics. Applications of the principles of dynamics. Work and Energy. Oscillations. System Dynamics. Rigid bodies.
TERMODYNAMICS
Thermodynamic systems. Firs law of thermodynamics. Second law of thermodynamics.
