2020 Silicon Valley Study Tour

Since 2005 Silicon Valley Study Tour promotes and maintains an important bridge between young graduates, researchers, business angels, “start-uppers”, managers and entrepreneurs with the many successful Italian and Italian American high tech, biotech and venture capital executives in the Silicon Valley.

In this context the Universita’ di Catania and a  selected group of Italian Universities and High Schools promote conferences held by local manager and entrepreneurs to share with students relevant experiences.

With the same purpose each year Silicon Valley Study Tour selects students for a Study Tour in the Silicon Valley.

Silicon valley study tour has organized a virtual project this year to replace the physical project postponed to August 2021

It consists of 24 videoconferences (from 13 May 2020 to July 2021) with as many Italians who left Silicon Valley and who now work there or in the rest of the world, including Italy.

Participation is free.

The cycle is preparatory to the SVST August 2021 - if it will be feasible.

Those interested in participating in the Silicon Valley Study Tour 2021 that follow the cycle, can enter and present themselves in the “Go To Silicon Valley Virtually 2020” Forum, to prepare for the Tour with contributions and interactions with many of the SVST Alumni, moderators of the Forum.
